Shipping policy

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak periods, orders may take up to 7 working days from the estimated ship date to be dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier
