Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Shipping
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible. During peak periods, orders may take up to 7 working days from the estimated ship date to be dispatched. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected service.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier
